From the moment you walk up the cobbled path you will feel part of the Lakes. The Lakeland stone cottage just invites you in to relax and experience the amazing fells and lakes that are on offer near by. You also have the fantastic promenade just minutes from your front door if you fancy a stroll overlooking the estuary of Grange.

Makes you smile

Simply sit in the front garden and watch the world go by or enjoy the use of your private rear garden. Just a few mins up the road you can enjoy the amazing walk that takes you up Hampsfell and if you feel adventurous follow it all the way over the top to the village of cartmel with it's famous restaurants and racecourse.

Feel at home

Decorated in a real cosy cottage style with an open plan kitchen diner it really makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in the door. A real fire will warm your toes in the winter and double doors will let the sun in the lounge in the summer, it really has everything for all seasons.

Enclosed Garden

Whether you want privacy or a secure place for your four legged friend to roam the garden boasts a wall in the most part and double gates at the end to allow you to enter and park your car. As the train station is so close you could even decide to explore the lakes by rail and leave the car at home.
